      Pros

      Has a good environment. People are nice and there is a true purpose to help people with their products.

      Cons

      Very risk averse by nature. It's always the second to launch new products on the market. Always chasing competitors, instead of innovate and deploy new things. Internally, doesn't really care about it's people and talent is not valued. You must be very political to survive at this company. They are really freak about innovation. They can not handle that, because it brings changes. It's a hard environment if you want to balance your personal life with a good work,

      Good hours. Paid lunch, clean work environment.

      Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

      Pros

      There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
