Pros
Fair and balanced pay, provide a reasonable work-life balance, and the benefits package is decent and better than some of the competition based on my experience. There hasn't been any real conflict among team members and high-level management seems to be participatory and concerned about employee satisfaction.
Cons
When it comes to advancement there doesn't seem to be any acknowledgement to education or the breadth of a person's experience. Some of the personnel in key leadership positions don't embody qualities that most reasonable/practical people have come to expect out such a position (i.e. real-world experience and education). Lastly, lower level management is almost non-existent.
