      Pros

      I loved my eight years at BD, had excellent supervisors the entire time and great teammates on projects.

      Cons

      There is a well-know unspoken culture of promoting men in BD, it's shame.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
