Management does not communicate, unless it is about sales figures. As an employee, you left to your own devices. Disappointed cannot trust co-workers everyone appears to be looking out for #1 despite the lip service to Team Work. Career Management is again lip service, as this non-existent. Bottom-line if do not want to pay for MSDN license and take free Microsoft Certifications, while not minding be treated like a retail item, this is the place for you.
