      I don't see any pros

      When hired, got less than they promised Mix payment, very little as my official salary By law 330E I supposed to get some remote compensations, but never got it Never got annual profit sharing as law commands And my project ended and just got less than a moth as settlement

      No raises, bonus often cut down due to KPIs not met, uncertainty with client relationships, mergers affecting overall employee staffing strategy
