Pros
While there is a feeling of pressure, eventually it feels like a public service. For employees over the age of 45 who do not want to develop further, it is the perfect place to settle.
Cons
While the technologies are good, the project in Athens is in constant uncertainty. Payrises are frozen for the past 2 years as well as new hires. Also there are no clear cut roles, meaning a software engineer can do lots of other stuff, like devops, testing and architectural activities. Also the management does not have any experience, which has led to many mistakes. Finally the core product is full of bugs, and currently the management team prioritizes quantity over quality.
