Pros
Hard to get fired. Mostly friendly and supportive colleagues. Good benefits for example health insurance. You can be assigned to any office in the UK or just work from home.
Cons
My impression is that who was good, left. Who was poor, stayed. Those who stayed are often so laid back it's demotivating. If they fail to deliver there is no punishment as there is no one who can replace them often so they keep lowering standards. Overall people are dissatisfied and keep complaining.
