      Large with large and focused ambitions, leading to many personal opportunities (52 countries, from consulting to ops) Serious Well Being At Work program Leading edge in digital transformation (management roles, Zero Email -> social collaboration) Serious Talent Management Ambitious company with impressing (external) growth with integration capability : learn always friom new colleagues !

      financial results oriented (huge pressure on productivity) need to improve organic growth as a culture at higher level, quite political

      Treats employees fairly, good benefits, and a competitive salary

      Cons

      Atos has had some lean years, and there were times we worried about layoffs. Additionally, if contracts end, they may terminate the employment of these employees.
