No room for growth or to move up in the Company - Mid Level Manager Atos Employee Review

Not good management support, no room for growth in the NA company, very hard to get hold of HR, screwed up w2 forms multiple times, senior management doesn't have knowledge of their lower level employee work or projects, constant network or VPN connection issues, no training in jobs positions, expect you to work more than usual work week by at least 15 hours a week, expect you to be on call all the time.
