Business Outlook
Pros
As a business in the IT field it manages stability. Top internal performer globally. Has begun to right the ship post-buyout and continues to stabilize the business model in North America.
Cons
Still getting used to having a 600+ presence in the US, to having 3000 to 4000 post buyout. Suffers from the growing pains. Needs to balance work distribution; some have way too much, some too little.
