Pros
Had the basis of a good company with good and committed people when the Managed Services / IT Outsource division was acquired from Xerox in 2015.
Cons
France based headquarters management replaced many good and knowledgeable people with those from other countries and H1B visa holders. Most often these were management people, but they had no sense of how to operate in the US and refused to listen to sound advice. Layoffs and furloughs were the "Go to" solution.
