Pros
Flexible timings, chilled out atmosphere, good managers (not all), if you want to learn new things they will provide multiple free trainings, lateral hiring candidates get a good salary as per industry.
Cons
Salary Hike is abysmal, Rampant office politics, HR team is still very very hard to reach, employee's facilities like transport/canteen/cafeteria are very bad, current office location is a nightmare for many people, onsite opportunities are miminum & also extremely lopsided to suit a few.
