Pros
Atos is a big firm working with many different public and private sector organisations in the UK
Cons
Consulting is a small part of the big machine, lacking in long term vision. Salary is not fantastic for London and the bonus is being eroded every year. Personal development virtually non existent and online training only mandated to all consultants but not specific to the individuals training needs. Internal politics with the wider firm are challenging. Very few opportunities to work outside the UK for a large global organisation. Declining Great Place to Work scores..
