      Pros

      - There's a good amount of people that can teach you important things about IT career. - Good colleagues. - EnglishTown partnership for english improvement. - Pretty decent infrastructure.

      Cons

      - Benefits for having lunch are ridiculous in São Paulo. - Nobody has the chance to contribute with international projects being a ordinary analyst (at least the people I know). - Some managers are terrible at managing people's tasks. - Salary in Brazil is very low compared to the other countries. - Some "professionals" never studied IT and have important occupations.
