For getting to know how it's working in an corporation it's a good training ground.
Cons
Overtime it's payed after 2 months after work has been done . Salary increase is absent. To get an salary increase you need to work in an different company for a while and then come back. HR personal improvment process is totally ineffective. Employees can't care about this company which is not takeing care of them.
