      None. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

      Cons

      No raises or bonuses, limited communication, bottom of the barrel company. Seriously, unless you are unemployed or just looking to try and get experience, then work for them. Otherwise, stay away and look else where. There are much better companies to work for.
