Pros

There is not much to discuss in here, maybe work and life balance and flexibility to work from home

Cons

So let us assume that you want to be a successful manager in ARCADIS. You have won some project, and you have just enough staff to perform the work and complete the project, but you still do not have enough staff to charge the client as much as possible. You should start by designing a temporary job and hire someone to charge the project with as much unnecessary tasks that are possible. Who better than a recent grad? they love to work at a big company. So go and hire this person, keep in mind that it has to sound like this is permanent title with a growth opportunity. That is part of the recipe that company has for integrity. Moreover, you should frustrate the poor new grad to go and market themselves inside the company for more work, but don't worry, because of course its you that should approve him to get the job, and that is not going to happen. As you get closer to the end of temporary period, say one year for example, start cutting works of the frustrated new grad just to have enough excuse to lay them off. If you are a recent grad and have got an offer from this company, there is a very good chance that you experience this same story.
