Pros

Full time work, excellent health benefits.

Cons

Arcadis expects every employee to achieve quarterly and annual goals. For two years, we didn't receive the KPI's until 2nd quarter. That meant no one achieved their 1st quarter goals. I have witnessed unprofessional behavior from management 1st hand. Several of us were meeting an upper level management person for the first time. In that meeting the person threatened our employment with the company. In 2 years working for Arcadis, I had above average evaluations but no compensation. Management has their pet employee's and they are the only ones who receive a merit increase, cost of living increase and bonus. As work was drying up, we were told that our positions would as well. We were told that we would receive a small severance. When it was my turn and I was laid off, the company classified me as resigning so I was not eligible for severance. Finally, HR was a JOKE! One person from HR contacted me in reference to my lay off and was yelling at me. I couldn't get over it. The person was rude and demeaning as well.
