Pros
Good work/life balance flexibility, can work from home, and basically set your own hours. There were a few genuinely decent co-workers. The company provides a good facade to hide employee unhappiness, such as nice new offices, new technology, new logos, new branding, new marketing, etc., which are enjoyable.
Cons
Very corporate, a lot of cool-aid drinkers, many employees put the company and their own job before their own and their co-workers' well being. Also, there is no defined organization structure and less work than required to maintain staff. Since there is less work than necessary to maintain staff, it's an endless game of musical chairs to cover bill-ability. Over time in this atmosphere employees begin to feel threatened, or are alienated. I was not the only employee who became severely depressed due to lack of work resulting in feeling superfluous and worthless. There is no teamwork or camaraderie among coworkers.
