Pros
There really aren't any pros to working in this position it's a typical call center Customer Service position with that being said if you work on campus you may have a better experience.
Cons
1. No time to breath in between calls 2. Unrealistic expectations 3. Political to the point they try to manage the way you speak instead of encouraging real diversity.
