Pros
Fast moving, so many areas of improvements, great future for the company. It is a great experience but you can t last.
Cons
Frugality, neglect employees, no carreer development, internal moves are so complex. Better to be a customer that an employee. Think about it. So much politics in the decision making and the reward system doesn t fairly work.
