Great Company - Human Resources Director Alithya Employee Review

I have to say I’ve worked at another practice and can confirm Alithya found the cheat code to success. Great atmosphere, great leadership, great projects. The work is a grind and late hours are expected but not unnoticed. Alithya cares for Their employees. A lot of support. If you’re stuck on a task, you have a library full of people who can help you. Pretty solid group of people for D365 side. Travel is light. A big thing which is I think is great is the emphasis on AI. Alithya recently invested their efforts in AI to their clients and their employees which has been cool to watch. Can’t really see myself leaving this place to be honest. Be ready to learn and work hard, Rewards will come.

Sometimes deadlines can be tight and can get people on edge closer to go live but I think that’s normal in this industry. End of the day you’re still a team.

Instead of course-correcting, they continue to purge great workers in favor of a workforce that lacks the language skills and cultural context to support enterprise clients.
