      Pros

      Incredibly people, competitive salary, stock price is on fire

      Cons

      Marketing and Sales are a mess. Lack of focus or processes, everyone wants to be the king of their little castle, nobody works together. If you came from J&J you are fine, if you came from anywhere else or you have been there a while, then warm up your resume. Also, give up your nights and weekends, the family-oriented culture is gone, and now you have to pay to play 24/7.

      There are great people, some who are truly wonderful.

      Cons

      So many org changes, restructuring events, annual layoffs, constantly being asked to do more with less, changes without data to support.
