Pros
Very good earning potential for the leader in the clear aligner therapy industry. Doctors are eager to see Territory Managers and its a bonus being able to promote such a widely recognized brand name product.
Cons
Many of the aforementioned Territory Managers are locked and loaded on becoming managers and will stop at nothing to achieve that goal. Back stabbing other TM's and grandstanding is commonplace. Management hasn't exactly been known for their high moral fiber either. Overall it's a corporate culture that has deteriorated badly on many levels over the years and leaves you wondering where compassion and decency has gone in the workplace.
