      You get paid, thats all

      Cons

      Its the company vs employees. They penalize you for the smallest things while management kick their feet up and do nothing. They want you to stay home if you're sick, but if you run out of sick days, tough luck. They will fire you for being sick even during this time of Covid.

      Management, consistency in brown nosing, HR and all management will work together or target individuals if you don’t brown nose or try to move up before someone that does
