      Interaction with multicultural teams with very good capabilities. Freedom to develop opportunities. Good compensation package. Good career path. Travelling is a plus.

      Cons

      Scarcity of project management experts. Publicly-owned company. Being more and more driven by Chinese way of manufacturing (affecting quality) .
