Pros

Nice people in teams but nothing else.

Cons

Management are being paid huge wages, but expect staff to be happy with no rises for several years. All replacement staff have to get approved specifically by Peter Zaffino personally. This is not happening so staff expected to to just do 2 or 3 jobs. Absolutely no decisions are made at the edge of the company. Even though this is the mantra. Extra workload is causing added stress and health issues for staff but AIG do not care about this. Leadership are proud that staff are working so hard. They are not able to turn around underwriting so can only control expense. Mistakes are happening because not enough spejd on staff and infrastructure. I had great faith in the new leadership but have been sorely let down. Morale is low which makes it more difficult to turn around as staff are at the end of their tether.
