Cons
I worked 18 hours a day for 7 years. Had basically zero life and no work-life balance. I ended up getting extremely unhealthy - both physically and mentally. When I asked for and presented a business plan, I was told there was no way to make it happen. Upon leaving, I was told in my exit interview that they apologized for abusing me - too little, too late.
