Pros
I worked at ABC Television in Burbank for six years before moving out of state for personal reasons. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and I loved loved loved working there. It was a very supportive environment and I was promoted twice during my time there and probably would've been promoted again if I didn't leave. There are great benefits, employees at ALL LEVELS are treated like a part of the team, and Disney is a class A top notch company to work for. Even though I haven't worked there in several years, people are still impressed that I was once an employee.
Cons
I started as a temp and my department wanted to get me hired on fill time. It took several months for HR to approve this and make it happen. It can be difficult to switch departments, and I worked a lot of hours, but since I didn't have a family of my own, it was okay for me. I don't have much negative to say because it was AWESOME!
