Pros

A very exciting company with a bright future in the UK market. A company hungry for growth and adapt very quickly to attain it. The best company I have worked for and believe there is a genuine pathway to grow from within. The leaders are fantastic and have a clear vision as to what can be achieved. Would certainly recommend!

Cons

They’re no cons. The company is suitable for anyone who wants to take ownership and likes achieving goals. Every role you get to treat like your own business!

Generally nice colleagues who wanted to improve things.

Cons

A very backward company; best practice isn't preferred. Is very much 'we've always done it that way'. A narcissist led business. Alternate views are not encouraged. Experience and best practice is not favoured. It's largely based on blindly following instruction from above, even if you can demonstrate what they proposing is damaging to the company and culture. Feedback largely ignored.
