I would definitely think twice before deciding to work here. You will be micro managed by the customer service manager and be underpaid and overworked.

Elis has a great focus on personal development, growth & career opportunities are endless in many different sectors. All the people are friendly, approachable & supportive with nothing ever being too much trouble even between different departments, sites & countries.

Cons

Whilst benefits for employees are good, there could be more on offer.
