Too many to list, just stay away

The only polite version available regards most areas of working at this company is challenging. It will challenge your patience, resolve and morals. As with most companies you expect to go above and beyond when required but for this company it's a permanent state of requirement, 12+ hr days / jumping into other job roles and expected to just get on with it, no line drawn to being contacted outside of work hours. High turn over of staff, for reasons such as, incorrect job referencing and information provided resulting in early leavers, swapping shifts and roles around without appropriate time notice, no genuine concern to employees welfare, poor to non existent training with backlash when things then dont go right, the list goes on.
