Pros
If you are in a subsidiary that Group hasn't ruined yet, it's a good place to work. Currently a good culture of flexible working, though this will be team dependent.
Cons
Poor decisions, overly ambitious expansion and bad implementation of internal software have led to limited pay increases and bonuses with little communication from Group. Internal Morale is low and there is little trust in Group leadership. Leadership clearly do not follow the same corporate ethos that they lecture employees on.
