      Fairly high pay compared to competition Standard benefits Good office equipment

      Cons

      Narrow scope of work as work is divided at very low level into dedicated teams and so not good for early-career employees. Learning curve flattens out pretty quickly. Hectic schedules/unrealistic deadlines Some particularly bad junior managers who take credit for good and point fingers for bad.

      Flexibility. Good office working environment. Friendly and supportive staff. Helpful Colleagues. Wide range of Projects to work on.

      Cons

      Low pay rate. A lot of work with aggressive dead lines. Lack Project Management. Extremely demanding clients. Take projects out of the expertise and expect that Engineer knows everything. No internships and prior training.
