      Good engineering office: group Egis in madrid

      Pros

      Good work environment. Economic support of Egis group. Flexible working hours. Working day of 40.5 hours during the year and in summer intensive day only in the morning.

      Cons

      Very large salary difference between engineers hired before and after the crisis. Scarce possibility of growing in the company. Little relationship with the French group.

      a) Potential to learn a lot- Lot of pockets of expertise b) Collaborative atmosphere- Different people are always willing to go the extra mile and help c) Good work life balance

      Cons

      With its headquarters and its history in France, it is a very French organisation. A lot of the staff still struggles with French. There are not enough international people in the head quarters. The flip side of being a stable company is that things are slow and growth opportunities are limited.

      Pros

      Due to its worldwide engineering leader position, you are part of a team whose acting on the biggest infrastructure and real estate projects worldwide, internal competences and skills are really there and you are really acting on huge and tight achievement

      Cons

      No career opportunity, poor compensation whatever your commitment is. Salary is at the average compare to competitors. Despite the passionated project, the previous facts create an unpleasant feeling of no-consideration.
