Difficult, as it was a toxic and uninspiring place to work, which is a shame because there are some nice people and the company could be so much more than it is with better leadership and a clear strategy.
Cons
An old fashion company with a sales culture stuck in the 1980’s that lacks integrity. Don’t be fooled by its marketing spin around being ‘digital’! Processes and operations are manual, disjointed and out of date. Lack of leadership and no clear strategy, which comes from Group.
