Pros

None n/a nothing lol lol lol

Cons

Unflexible, they are pushing you back to the office 3x a week - if this average is not hit, you will be reported... ridiculous. No matter how effective ou work or worked during the pandemie from home, you have to be back to the office with at least 40 ppl in the same office in the crowd, in the noise... back to the 20th century ... also salary is low compared to other SSC employers ... plus the job is booooring. And supervisors are talking behind everyone's back. DON't work there if you want to stay sane

Cons

I don't see any cons so far. If you're looking for a long-term, stable company, this is one of the best choices. Opportunities won't come to you automatically—you'll need to work hard and fight for them to truly benefits.

Horrible company

Pros

Overall, people are nice and friendly. Depending on the group you are in, your manager is generally supportive Global brand name, exposure to large-scale operations

Cons

• Promotions are a total mess. People get promoted or blocked from promotion without any clear guidelines or rationale. Career advancement seems to have nothing to do with merit; it feels arbitrary, political, and unfair. For those who genuinely want to grow here, it’s demoralizing to see effort and performance ignored. This could easily be improved if leadership actively communicated and set transparent expectations. • Massive changes are announced last minute, often same-day via email, with notices deliberately timed at inconvenient hours that catch employees off guard. It feels careless and disrespectful to the people who have to absorb the impact. • The company is extremely bureaucratic — endless layers of approval make even the simplest tasks painfully slow, creating frustration and killing any sense of agility or progress. Communication is almost non-existent. Employees are left in the dark, treated as though their time and input don’t matter. The lack of respect is palpable, and it makes the culture heavy and demotivating.
