      The company is well-structured and organized. • Work environment is fast-paced and gives you opportunities to learn quickly. • Some team members are helpful and willing to answer questions.

      Cons

      • Training felt too short for the complexity of the outbound department. • Management is very results-focused but not as patient with new hires adjusting. • Write-ups were given quickly, with little chance to improve or redeem mistakes. • Communication between employees and management could be better — concerns weren’t always addressed. • Didn’t always feel supported, which made it stressful to come to work.

      Restructuring of the organization has lead to chaos and instability People are overwhelmed, overworked and highly stressed Culture has been negatively impacted and staff avoid interaction Senior management is somewhat toxic and don’t seem to want to make efforts to improve morale or build a positive culture
