      Pros

      Enlightened Management and caring HR Department. Excellent benefits and outstanding pay (Raises and bonuses for those who work). Boundless opportunities to suceed with company provided training. Flexible work schedules and reasonable work loads.

      Cons

      Lazy workers who think because they have "been here" forever that they know everything. No effort is put in constantly sabotaging the work place. Management is diligently working to get rid of the dead weight.
