Pros

Strong values based culture, investment on people development and wellness initiatives for employees. Leaders walk the talk and practice what they preach. Strong ethics and compliance culture.

Cons

Slow decision making, too many policies and procedures, consensus driven and alignment means missed opportunities. Too many layers and can be bureaucratic.... Too specialised and hard for employees to be generalist and expand exposure. Good pay and benefits for mid-senior management but not competitive for young talents.

Stable jobs, work-life balance. Adopts new technologies.

Cons

work in silos, not much knowledge sharing. upward mobility is not clear, mgmt oriented less developer oriented. Promotions are not based on promotions but haggling with senior management or leads.

Mixed management means lack of full understanding, care to view other sides, can't stick to a decision, do not foster growth. Company does not care to retain employees - pay to train them and then they leave.
