Leadership holds significant influence, which at times appears to be used more for personal advancement than team development. A noticeable culture of favoritism and groupism exists; "inner circle" culture. Performance reviews may lack objectivity and occasionally feel like a tool for control rather than development. Certain managers who underperform are still favored by local leadership, leading to inefficiencies. Recognition is inconsistent; there have been instances where credit wasn’t attributed fairly.
