      Pros

      Good working environment, interesting projects, good life/work balance, flexible schedule, intelligent management, ability to gain various experience, a lot of benefits for employees, easy relocation to another countries

      Cons

      Smaller salary than in the market, salary promotions only once per year and not more than 10%. Sometimes managers promises in case of salary and work prospects are not real

      Was a great place but is now owned by, what appears to be, a shell company that is a front for off-shoring to Belarus.

      Pros

      The employees are great and some of the best and brightest in the industry. The founders are great salesmen Empathy Lab's success is no doubt due to the talents of the employees and the salesmanship of the founders. The environment is relaxed and casual.

      Cons

      This company was founded by people mostly at the mid-level of their careers and it shows in their skill level and management style. The head of UX is the only founder that has made an effort to master their craft, everyone else is mediocre at best. Because of this they are incapable of honestly assessing the skills of others. Once you see past their salesman veil, you realize there is no leadership at the company. They call themselves leaders but they don't possess any of the skills you look for in a leader or manager.
