Pros

Benefits. Pay. Attempts to work with your schedule

Cons

They hire all of their friends over long term employees. They allow certain associates to call out repeatedly with no regard to the other team member(s) on the shift. There's no growth ability because they consistently recruit and promote their friends.

Pros

Great team! Positive work environment and reasonable compensation. Good management.

Cons

Pay could be better and turnover should be improved. Financial projections should also be refined.

A big firm with loads inefficiencies

Pros

A large organization with opportunities to move/change for some staff members. There is a possibility to make a great career for those in the 'fast track' process. The company provides a nice cultural mix outside HQ (France) however this seems to be less relevant in coming months/year as per the company's strategy.

Cons

Unfortunately it is a company which doesn't promote the right people. Often great knowledge and young people leave the company. There are silo and very few chance to progress if you are not already in management. Tons of middle managers stay there for their package/conditions who they inherited from past conditions. There are a lot of marketing internally around the transformation plans, their 'management way' which is not reflected in the reality of the organisation. Young people with talent have 50% to get promoted and recognized. There are too many layers of management and a poor recognition of an international background.
