Pros

Various job duties, team works very well together, salary seems fair for the Spokane area, detail oriented.

Cons

Processes change and there is no communication. Sometimes those who are client facing promise clients things they shouldn't be promising them and it makes the process very difficult. We end up with unhappy customers.

Pros

- Great work package (holidays, possibility to work from home, salary) - Good location of the office in London, very central - Very nice office in London with free coffee and tea, fresh fruits everyday, massages once a month - Good management

Cons

- Work can be very slow - It seems that the money is not spent wisely in the company - HR is not that great, some people are not qualified for their roles

Large bureaucratic corporate

Pros

Large corporate with diverse businesses and industries under one company. Push to grow within the UK market. Encouragement of internal mobility. Relatively well paid. Friendly people. Excellent work life balance. Interesting industry to be in as many new developments and innovation potential

Cons

Incredibly bureaucratic. Too many layers of management levels. Too large to be effective decisionmakers as have to undergo many rounds of discussions for all items. Poor middle managers. Promote the wrong people for the job. Poor progression prospects unless you are French, know the right people or are on 'fast track'. Undergoing major restructuring changes (since 2016). Cutting back on pay and salaries. Poor internal communication and staff engagement. Work in silos and lack of interaction between teams in business. Inefficient processes and procedures - done for the sake of it. Poor leadership. Very low staff morale at the moment
