We understand your concerns regarding the remuneration levels. At ENGIE, we continuously improve our competitive compensation packages. Through the ENGIE CARE program, by the end of 2024, all employees will have: Health coverage with at least 75% reimbursement for hospitalization.
Additionally, every two years, employees can participate in the share ownership plan.
