Pros

Wide range of 'businesses' under the EDF Energy umbrella. Opportunities to experience e2e energy business (generation, supply, network). International links.

Cons

Stuck in the past. Slow to change. Very consultative decision making process, with little empowerment. Inconsistent investment in people. Legacy issues with field force. Pay not consistent. The different branches feel like distinct businesses, some of which are more forward thinking than others (New Nuclear would be an exciting place to work)
