Pros

Massive growth opportunities, lovely people and low turnover of staff. Chance to root down and be there for a long time.

Cons

The energy market is a bit here and there recently and the UK Gov still aren't 100% on how nuclear fits into the future fuel mix, double so with the changes in government and brexit.
