Pros

Friendly teams, supportive terms and conditions, large variety of roles and possible to has been possible to have a long term career.

Cons

Slow to make decisions, changing culture to be less supportive more recently and cost cutting changes hitting hard - they seem to have forgotten the people!

Good pension. Free instant coffee and £50 reduction of your yearly energy bill if you are an EDF customer.

Cons

Rude, opaque middle management stuck in the 1950s. Limited training available, all delivered internally. All these positive commens below are either left by HR, or by non-finance employees.
