Pros

A large diverse organisation that has plenty of career and development opportunities. Incredibly supportive through COVID-19 and actively seeks to understand employees views.

Cons

Some times the teams feel a little disjointed and silo'd but I know work is on going to bring people and teams and shared goals together.
