Pros

Great team of people, interesting work with lots of people passionate about what they do.

Cons

Career progression for a lot of employees was stunted but cliques and internal politics. Progress and innovation often stifled by an overly process/authorisation orientated approach. The workforce has a large number of 'lifers' seeing out the days to those final salary pensions. This affects career progression and general ambition of employees as careers stagnate. Although the pensions are good this is often offset by lower salaries.
